The highest ranked application will be funded from each priority concern, and continue in descending ranking until all funds are obligated.

Contracts will be developed for approved applications in order of descending environmental points, until all funds are obligated. Any applications filed later than October 16th 2015 will be considered in the next pool of funding (if additional funds become available).

Eligible practices, cost-share rates, and restrictions are the same as in Alabama NRCS state approved EQIP Practice and Payment Schedule.

Limited Resource Farmers, New and Beginning Farmers, and Socially Disadvantaged Farmers will be paid at an increased payment rate.
