USDA Invites Input on EQIP Rule - COMMENT THRU 2/17/20

The USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) seeks public comments on its interim rule for the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), USDA’s flagship program that helps producers plan and implement 150-plus conservation practices on working lands.


Enrollment is first-come, first-serve and limited to 25 irrigators who farm in the Republican River Basin.

The Master Irrigator course will be held in Wray at Morgan Community College over four 8-hour sessions on February 12, February 17, February 26, and March 4, 2020.
