The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) announced 2022 Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) signup with an application deadline of Oct. 15 for farmers, ranchers and private landowners to apply for financial and technical assistance.
